About Nidhi

Nidhi is the Founder, Director & Chief Technology Officer of ND Stack, where she leads NetSuite engineering for ecommerce, wholesale, and B2B retail brands across the US, UK, CA, Australia, and New Zealand. Her work centers on the parts of NetSuite that fail quietly at scale — SuiteScript performance, multi-subsidiary architecture, and the integration layer between NetSuite and modern commerce stacks like Shopify, Shopify Plus, and SuiteCommerce Advanced.

Over the past six years she has architected and shipped more than 700 NetSuite implementations — from greenfield ERP rollouts for fast-growing D2C brands, to complex SuiteCommerce migrations, to high-volume Shopify ↔ NetSuite integrations processing tens of thousands of orders per day. She holds several active NetSuite certifications covering the SuiteCloud Developer, ERP Consultant, Administrator, Financial User, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteFoundation tracks, plus a Shopify Partner accreditation.

Engineering philosophy

The most expensive NetSuite work, in Nidhi's experience, is rarely the work that goes wrong on day one. It's the work that quietly accumulates technical debt — User Event scripts that stack governance violations, integrations without idempotency, workflows that fight each other for control of the same record. By the time it surfaces as "NetSuite is slow," the cost to fix is 5–10x the cost to have built it correctly the first time.

That belief shapes how her team approaches every engagement: audit before architecting, build for the failure mode before the happy path, and document everything so the customer's internal team can own the platform after go-live. ND Stack does not build black boxes.

Nidhi's hot take

"Most NetSuite performance problems aren't NetSuite problems — they're 1.0-era code patterns running in a 2026 commerce environment. The platform is faster than people give it credit for. The code is what's slow."

What she works on

Day-to-day, Nidhi's deep work falls into four areas: SuiteScript engineering (performance optimization, 1.0 → 2.1 modernization, governance-aware Map/Reduce design), SuiteCommerce architecture (page-load optimization, headless front-end integrations, B2B catalog modeling), ERP integrations (Shopify, Amazon, 3PL/WMS systems, payment gateways, custom RESTlet design), and multi-subsidiary financial automation (intercompany eliminations, multi-currency handling, ASC 606 revenue recognition).

She also leads ND Stack's technical hiring and writes the engineering content on this blog — every article published under her name is something she has actually built, debugged, or audited in production.

Speaking, writing, and recognition

Nidhi writes the technical content on the ND Stack blog, covering NetSuite engineering, SuiteScript performance, ecommerce integration architecture, and the operational side of running an ERP at scale. Her articles draw on real production engagements — not theoretical patterns or AI-generated summaries.
